So, the rumor that Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose will soon be fronting AC/DC was kind of confirmed yesterday when TMZ posted a photo of Axl Rose leaving an Atlanta rehearsal space with AC/DC’s Angus Young, Cliff Williams and Chris Slade. Although, it’s STILL NOT confirmed in any way, shape or form. It’s still just a rumor. And while the news is interesting, it won’t be the first time Axl Rose and Guns N’ Roses has performed AC/DC songs in front of a live crowd. GNR played “Whole Lotta Rosie” in the Eighties. In fact, below, you can hear them playing the tune June 28, 1987, in London.

Axl Rose is a very busy fellow these days. Guns N’ Roses have a ‘reunion’ tour, which will feature Slash and Duff McKagan (but no Izzy or Adler) kicks off April 8th. Check our Guns N’ Roses Tour Page for more info.
