It’s been quite a quite since the residents of Phoenix can say that Garth Brooks has been to their city to perform live in concert. Look out now, but Garth just released a couple of tour dates for the venue US Airways Center in Phoenix and it looks like face value of all tickets will be $75 plus venue fees. Realize that the venue’s name is changing soon to the Talking Stick Resort Arena and will be known by that new name by the time Garth Brooks plays there. The country music hunk announced the dates of October 23rd and the 24th, but knowing his tour releases in the recent past, he’ll probably add a few shows. Some times he will do one concert at 7pm and another the same night at 10:30pm.
Garth Brooks happens to be the best selling country music artist ever. He has sold almost 80 million records in the past 25 years and undoubtedly one of the most famous country stars of all time. Funny fact, at one point in the end of the 1990’s, Garth Brooks died his hair and performed under the alias Chris Gaines. That didn’t go so well but that’s in the way past and Garth now is bigger than ever.
So don’t forget that tickets at the box office go on sale on September 11th at 10am and they will most definitely sell out quickly, but watch for added shows. As soon as it looks like his first two shows are selling out, go back and keep an eye out for the added dates / times. That’s your best bet for getting tickets from the box office.
Garth Brooks is actually on tour right now although he doesn’t have a lot of dates laid out because of the way he releases them. he does it venue by venue every couple of weeks.
