It was an explosive night at the Rogers Arena located in Vancouver Canada. Janet Jackson and her Unbreakable Tour hit the stage in typical Janet Jackson style. Janet Jackson, who just turned forty nine years young, started the show with one of her newest tunes ‘Burn It Up‘ which also showboats Missy Elliot on the song. Even though most fans haven’t heard the song before, they still went crazy because the song was great and Janet Jackson was on fire (not literally). Missy wasn’t physically there but she did show up on two tremendous monitors while Janet strutted her stuff. Her Unbreakable album has not even been released yet, but she is highlighting many of its songs in her present tour. The album is expected to drop this Fall (which just began) and will probably open very high on the music charts. Before Unbreakable, Janet’s last album was put out 7 years ago and it was called Discipline. The Vancouver show was a big success and Janet looked, moved and sounded as good as ever. She sang some of her new songs like No Sleep and Unbreakable, but she also played hit songs from her past like Miss You Much, Rhythm Nation, When I Think Of You and more.
Before this tour, the last time Janet Jackson was on the road was about four years ago during her Number Ones, Up Close and Personal Tour. This is why her fans were so excited when she announced her Unbreakable World Tour.
