Thanks to fans demands, Black Sabbath’s “The End” Tour was just extended with new North American tour dates for the fall of 2016. On the heels of their much-anticipated performances in North America, Australia, New Zealand and Europe, BLACK SABBATH will finish the legendary trek they started almost fifty years ago with an additional round of North American tour dates in the fall of 2016. These live concert shows will shadow a lump of summer headlining and festival shows across Europe.
This second stretch of North American dates for Black Sabbath begins August 17 at Jones Beach Amphitheater in New York and features concerts at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles (where the band last performed a sold-out show on their hugely triumphant 13 world tour last year), Chicago, Philadelphia, Toronto, Detroit, and Dallas, to name a few, before ending on September 21 at AK-Chin Pavilion in Phoenix, AZ.
The enormous 2016 world tour by the best metal band of all time denotes the conclusion for Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler as they conclude the last pages in the end volume of the incredible BLACK SABBATH story with this tour. BLACK SABBATH’s “The End” farewell tour assures to exceed all former tours and will showcase the band’s most enchanting concert tour ever.
The original members of BLACK SABBATH reconciled in late 2011 for a new studio record titled “13” and a global tour. Although original drummer Bill Ward was on board initially, he withdrew over what he referred to as contractual problems. Bill Ward will evidently not come with this farewell tour either.
